Carnage and bloodshed spilled out onto the streets of Tepeaca when an argument between neighbors escalated into madness. 30 year old woman had allegedly been siphoning electricity off of her 71 year old retired neighbor for some time, despite repeated complaints. He caught her hooking up cable for the last time this week, as he decided that warnings and harsh language would not act as a proper deterrent to his mounting electric bill. He opted for a rock instead. Well, a rock and a brick more specifically. The brick cracked into pieces on the third or fourth blow against her skull, so once she dropped like a felled ox, he switched to a large garden rock instead and kept bashing until he felt sure that her juice-pirate days were finally concluded.
