It's pretty common here in australia too,spray paint,butane. petrol (gasoline) in aboriginal communities not sure if that particular one is common elsewhere, i know with spray paint they are making special low aromatic formula's to discourage huffing(chroming),there's also gasoline the same in a lot of places further north,to keep the regular stuff out of aboriginal communities.
