The guy on the passenger side is the one who was decapitated. In the third pic you can see has mangled neck skin etc where it pinched his head off between the front A pillar of the car and the road. The guy hanging out of the car still has a head, and was the driver. Decapitated gangster was the passenger unless they drive on the Right hand side in brazil...anybody know for sure before i check google?

Here are some important rules which apply to drivers anywhere in Brazil. Breaking any of the following rules would be considered a violation of the law:

BTW, the passenger seat is empty and you can tell that there's right-sided traffic just by looking at the first pic. The place, where his head used to be, is covered with a cut-off part of his t-shirt. Now look at the head. Quite few skin left on it. That skin is hanging behind the shirt or that is the longest fucking head that I have seen in my entire life.
