How doALL of them have such flat skulls? Were the heads slowly run over by a truck? That could be a new form of execution maybe? Extended execution by slow moving truck tire.

Overkill by shooting them numerous times in the head, causing the skull to loose it's boney structure. Bullets not only enter the brain, but they ricochet around in there - bouncing off the skull.

But a slow moving truck sounds cool...we'd see some "popping" there, lol :)
