This is gross speculation, but looking at the pictures, I would guess a bullet struck the A-pillar of the car, fragmented, and one of the fragments entered around her lacrimal bone and hit her right in the top of the brain stem, which is in the "body stops doing anything" zone. I believe she has some measure of facial deformation that is obscured, likely deliberately, by her sunglasses and the angle at which the pictures were taken.

Clean shot to the gut. No over kill. The hit man did not mess up her face This is much different than the usual butchery we see?

I can't see any wounds. The red blotch on her shirt is part of the shirt. No head wounds, no blood splatter nothing.
