just remember in case you come across something like this again,breath through your mouth.

since i got hurt,ive been in and out of horsepitals many times,they always tell me to inhale through my nose and exhale through my mouth,but i just cant do it,i practiced the mouth breathing so much and for so long its automatic for me..lol.
