Five Bodies Dumped Across Ciudad Juarez, Two Women Tortured and Shot, 2011
During one day in August 2011, most likely Thursday, August 18, five bodies were discovered after being abandoned in separate parts of Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua state, Mexico. Details are available only for the initial discovery. The remains of two women were left near a housing development off one of the city's main avenues. Both had wrapped heads, gunshot wounds and evidence of torture. Nothing was reported concerning the remaining three bodies. None of the five was identified, and no one has been charged. In this context, 'executed' has a more specific sense in the Mexican press than in English. The crime-desk expression 'ejecutado' routinely denotes a killing committed by organized crime, rather than an execution by the judiciary or the state. The state was not involved here. Juarez had roughly two thousand homicides in 2011, providing context for why the discovery of five bodies in one day left almost no record in coverage that survives.  ·  ·  · |

That's what the cartels do to their prostitutes who gain too much weight, the other girl was caught feeding her corndogs.  |
