His name is Jerry. He's still alive today, but probably pushing 60.
This is the result of a freak accident that occurred at a party. Jerry and his friends were drunk and messing around with a blasting cap, which went off and left him with severe facial injuries.
Happened in West Virginia, during the late 1980s.
