Two people died (15 injured) in this accident: Magda Machado Matos, 45 Y.O., and her daughter, Daniela Machado, 13. There's also a video showing the aftermath [nomedia="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wNOezs7RXpk"]YouTube- Acidente com ônibus deixa duas pessoas mortas[/nomedia] The victims weren't aboard, they have been run over; according to the witnesses, "The driver may have had some sudden illness", loosing control of the bus, obviously causing panic and crushing everything and everyone had the bad luck to find himself on the way. According to this article it took ten minutes between the crash and the start of the fire (when the bust started burning, firefighters were already at the site) Later, the company Transcal itself confirmed the driver had a seizure while driving.
