Those guys are from Thailand! ooooppsssss I think my meal is starting to come out seeing that plate next to the skull. Note to self never go to Thailand. But seriously based on their clothes they look like medicine related students but what keeps me wondering is the other folks not wearing gloves and why in the middle of no where?
