I was going to say the same thing except they don't look like they are in the mountain where it usually takes place, in Nepal. Sky burials which this might be, family and loved ones cut up the remains and feed the remains to vultures. They think highly of vultures and respect them. The vultures after consuming the flesh fly high and Tibetan people believe it's a way of the loved ones soaring in the sky.
