arent those the "body collectors" i think they are called?, they come to accident scenes to clean up the mess, and if im not mistaken they work for free because they'll be blessed for their work...i think they are just studying this corpse and de-boneing it, and aren't really cannibals like the pic seems, very odd though that they have food and drink so close to human remains, i like the way they're so cautious as to use gloves too! very safe and sanitary
