More likely that it was a miscarriage, rather than an abortion.

Leaving him in the toilet is the problem.
If I were in that situation, I would at least take him someplace nice and bury him.

But, having respect for the dead is not a requirement and at the end of the day, it's just a dead piece of meat.

Question is, what are they going to do with him? Burial, or medical waste bag?
