Female Suicide-Suffocated Herself With Plastic Bag (Crime Scene)
She was found today (04/11/12). 39 year old woman committed suicide with a plastic bag and was found on her bedroom floor. She had been dead around 4-5 hours. It was known that the woman had colon cancer so she must of been fed up and decided to end her life. |

I've never seen a plastic bag suffocation before. I'm assuming it's less traumatic than hanging yourself?

This is a way described in the Hemlock Society's books, take sleeping pills, liquor and tie on a plastic bag when you're groggy.
