I'm also curious as to the thing wrapped around her throat. Maybe a necklace that just embedded as she swelled up?

I tried to find that type of H&S at the local store but couldn't find one with that color scheme. The closest I saw was Dry Scalp Formula. Feel free to make your own jokes.
