I somewhat doubt how real this picture is, her skin almost looks like plastic, then again I don't know much about what that amount of maggots and the effects of sitting in water for god knows how long would do to the human body. Still, never would imaged this would be the result...

I find the pictures sad; she lay in that tub for at least a month or so, and no one thought to check on her until the neighbors started complaining about the smell. Her disappearance didn't seem to raise any red flags.  |

That is so disgusting. Those maggots and everything. Jesus christ decomposing stuff is messed up. I really wonder what it smells like though =)

This is the main reason I go to this site... it basically offers anatomy lessons, illustrations of biological degradation, etc. and is really educational. Still.... this made me physically sick. |
