if that is a set up i highly doubt she would be using an endotracheal tube because the pressure on the throat would also close that even if it is a reinforced tube....also it is inserted past the vocal cords so the gag reflex would kick in making it very uncomfortable for her, only with sedation would she be relaxed enough to tolerate that kind of tube...a Laryngeal Mask Airway sits above the vocal chords so that couldnt have been used and theres no anaesthetic machine or respirator of any kind to aid her in breathing even if sedation was used... so your theory is flawed
