Capitan Bado, Paraguay. A 4 year old child was playing around in his house when he found his fathers revolver. The boy took it and the gun accidentally fired, killing him instantly when the bullet when through his head. The boy's father heard the shot and when he found the boy laying dead on the floor, shot himself in the head out of desperation.
Both bodies were taken to the local morgue, to be later delivered to family. It is unknown if the man was married and/or if there were other children living in the house.
