I (being in Kentucky at this time) can vouch that these folks have absolutely ZERO street smarts. Watching these people cross a street is like watching a duck survive a trek across the Sahara in this place.

Some of us in Kentucky have street smarts. I am still trying to figure out why he would be walking down the interstate

Poor guy just couldn't catch a break. He'd been arrested for attempted robbery in 2010, and that story sounds like the stuff of black comedies.

Quote:
"The man grew angry. He demanded money five or six times, according to a federal court affidavit signed last Friday, the day after the incident, by Portland police Detective Anthony Christensen.

The teller's co-worker, clearly moved by the whimsy of the moment, offered an answer.

"We don't do that here."

The robber appeared to get angry. He turned to a customer, then walked out of the bank with no bag, no money."
