After a mile of driving while using the windshield wipers and wash, homeless guy failed to dislodge, so driver figured he should pull over.  |

Interstate 75 in Covington is 6 lanes at least. Maybe they thought they could get help at the next exit. No one stops for you on the side of the road especially at night.
