one advise i gave to a friend about dieting that actually worked and cost nothing. I told her to park in a mall parking from noon till afternoon. engine off windows just a few millimeters cracked open and let the car get hot as an oven. she actually lost weight just doing this for a couple of weeks. waist line from 34 to 27 in less than 3 weeks. no special diet. just sweating a lot inside a parked car in the neat of the afternoon.

It could be something as mundane as your spelling of 'loosing' it's LOSING, just one O. Lose means you have lost something, in your case, weight. Loose is when something is not tight, like skin when you have lost a lot of weight.

Thank you. I can't even plead ignorance of the lose/loose difference as an excuse, and to add to my sense of shame I'm normally quite proud of my grammar, spelling, and punctuation. I even enjoy such trivial matters as employing the oxford comma in lists, as i did in the previous sentence. So once again thanks for drawing my attention to my fuck up.

Hmm. This brings to mind a weight loss aid from years ago which consisted of a shiny mettalic one piece suit, to be worn during excercise. Whilst wearing it the dieter would indeed lose a great deal of weight. Until they had a drink of water. Health wise i think having a leg surgically removed would be a better option to drop a few pounds.
Diet control is important but, in my experience, physical activity is the way to sustained, healthy weight loss. Don't drive five miles to the shop, walk there. Don't walk to somewhere a mile away, jog instead. Never use lifts (i believe americans call them elevators). Buy a horse and ride everywhere, before i changed my weight, my life, and everything about myself i never imagined that riding was such a physically arduous passtime. But it is the perfect excercise.

Not everyone can marry a rich lady and live the good "horserider" life
For some people it is harder, especially for poor people who can't afford to eat healthy and certainly can't afford to look at the world from their high horse (literally) and judge.

Btw - back on this case, I like how these east asians are so devoted. They might be poor, miserable fucks, but they still have a small altar with some deity on top of a shelf. Loving it

Those are the guys I wander how they piss. Got 2 negatives going on here. 1) Overweight with short arms, big bellied. 2) Let's just say he probably peed on his sack a time or two.. "Hey honey! I lost my blue balls! Now my entire body is blue!!".

Most fat people simply don't want to lose weight. They may say they are "trying" to lose weight, but anyone who wants to lose weight can definitely do it. It's just laziness/lack of motivation.
