Re: Fat Guy Found Nude with Face Down on the Floor
It 'can' be easy...or not. It 'may' be easy...or not. You think your weight loss is due to diet and exercise. And I agree, it probably seems that way to you. But, you really have no idea how you really lost weight. You just have a 'story' about how you lost weight. And while you may think you sure how everything works, you could find yourself a fatty again before you know it. It's all about Grace. (Try diet & exercise without Grace and see how far you get.) |

Re: Fat Guy Found Nude with Face Down on the Floor
I must, i suppose qualify "easy". It did involve changing nearly everything about my life. I met the worlds best woman. I moved to the countryside to live on a farm with her. I stopped being an alcoholic. I got rid of all my games consoles and sixty inch tv. I started getting up at six in the morning to attend to our horses, rather than waking up in the afternoon to start drinking industrial strength lager. And i obsessivly counted calories and ate only 1500 a day. I have now eaten normally for three years and my weight stays between 12 and 12.5 stone. I even enjoy a few beers once a month now. It was easy because i had the support of the pteviously mentioned worlds best lady.

One of the oddest things about loosing nearly half my weight was my feet shrinking. I always had difficulty buying size 13 shoes, now im size 10.

A life changing "door opened", "the stars aligned" and "a way was made" for you. Congrats. Things can definitely change for the better in a most wonderous way sometimes. |
