That looks like a artic trailer with a side tip, it looks like a body support to their left that looks like it had slipped but not enough to let the body completely down, hence their not completely flat.

I'm still trying to figure out how the lower guy sustained fatal injuries. He doesn't appear to have enough of his head involved in the crushing for this - it looks like he should have gotten away with a bloody nose. He had one arm squeezed, but that shouldn't have been fatal.
