On closer look...yup. Look's like a 12 gauge fired at a slightly upward angle...notice the lack of blood? The wound cauterized itself and the surrounding tissue. Looks like maybe a 12 gauge slug. Might be buck shot...the spread at 14 inches is about 2 to 3 inches...so that would match the exit wounds on the chest. I don't think the entry wound is a perfect contact shot, but maybe 1 to 5 inches from the skin. Not enough tattooing and deformation to be a true contact wound.
