seems pointless killing the whole family... I think the best approach would be to kill one of the children infront of the man... then take his other child/children as well as his wife hostage with a time limit on paying the debt back... failure would result in the death of another child... If the loanshark draws it out a bit more he will probably get his money while sending a strong message.. By killing them he will send the message but nothing more.

You've been out of it a while Mr Corps. There's no honor or lessons today. Its let's do it if we can. The only reasonable solution is kill them before they kill you. My 2 cents
