Yeah it looks like they got fried when they tried to steal a hot line off a power or telephone jaun. Copper here in NJ is 3.55 a pound. I would have stole it too

3.55 a pound? Hell I am outside Philly and have a 112 year old house loaded with copper piping. You can steal but the house has to burn in a fire afterwards.
