update: incident now pointed as arson for insurance scheme. Many of the dead have no benefit premiums paid and many of those are not illegible for death benefits and such because there have been no premium payments for most of them. and as usual, many schemers are now posing as having dead relatives in the fire and claiming death benefits from government social security... same old story here since i was like in grade school until now.
