Re: Eye-popping Experience With a Machinegun in Iraq
Nice Post & agree with the action 100%. Stop at te checkpoint or fucking die...simple as that. No in between. As for Zat2 you fucking retard. You wont win any friends with your lame disoriented view of this topic. So pull your head out of your arse and realise these soldiers are doing a job under directives & procedures designed to keep them ALIVE ! |

Re: Eye-popping Experience With a Machinegun in Iraq
im not here to make friends... least of all, with a loser like you. if you can't handle an opinion from others, then i doubt if u understand what a forum means. i may argue my point, but i don't force it down your throat. try reasoning with decent logic and not with your arse. your so-called procedure is designed to keep soldiers alive. that gives you the right to take away another life without responsibility and repercussion? where i come from, that's call murder. imagine... you drive to a check point and have a platoon of soldiers pointing their rifles at you... shouting in a foreign language you don't understand. what would you do? 1) turn vehicle away? probably be taken as a guilty move. may get shot! 2) stop n step out? aggressive move. may get shot! 3) stop and stay in veh? why are soldiers still shouting in funny language? what to do next? 4) drive slowly fwd to show there is nothing to hide? hostile move... SHOT! 5) stop and take papers out? looks like reaching for weapon. SHOT! i'm not denying that there are aggressors n enemies. lets not forget that there are also lots of innocent civilians caught in between... who dont understand english (especially english in aussie accent). every checkpoint (tollbooth, immigration, security, etc) in this world, one would drive to the sentry to show your papers. in this case, u drive to the sentry post (like everyone would)... u get shot! i bet lots of people are shot in this manner without knowing wtf went wrong! |

Re: Eye-popping Experience With a Machinegun in Iraq
Did you ever consider 6) Stop and put your hands out the window to show that you're unarmed, and let them come to you!? OMG! Fuck your campaign for human rights in this situation. If someone's waving a gun at me and I'm innocent, I guarantee I'm gonna stop and put my fucking hands up. It's pretty much the universal sign for "Don't shoot me, I'm not armed and I mean no harm." |

Re: Eye-popping Experience With a Machinegun in Iraq
Good post. It's not like they weren't warned and told to stop. They knew. I don't like war any more than the next guy but in a world full of terrorist and killers we are not left with many options. Still there are those who think we blew up the Trade Centers. Ah I love the Charlie Sheen's of the world. Thanks again for your post. |
