I believe it is a Lutheran Sunday School Perfect Attendance pin.  The main logo symbol is the Cross and the Crown which descends from the Knights Templer and the Roman Catholic Church. The RCC borrowed it from the ancient Greek symbol of Chi Rho. |

how do they check attendance? a given period or was it from baptismal to death basis? just curious. I dont think we have a lutheran church here.
