Exhumation of Body After 17yrs
Exhumed this body after 17yrs of being buried.I didn't get to open the bag more because of some fucken looky loos nearby

The body was taken out to be moved to another cemetery.I don't know why it was in a bag but it's not the first time I've seen them that way.I couldn't take photos of when we took him out of the bag because my supervisor was there.

In certain decomposition cases, the body is placed in a bag with embalming powders and zipped up closed.(that's literally all that can be done besides cremation). I do see the zipper on the bag. Also, autopsied bodies are sealed in a plastic bag under their clothing to contain seeping bodily fluids into the casket.

Sad to see the ribbon still intact. I find myself wondering more and about, where our souls go after our bodies die. I wonder where my mom’s soul, or whatever word you use for it, went, when she died. I worry about her. Sigh...
