The whole thing was a fiasco of poor training, useless cooperation and bad judgement. They had several chances to take the fucker down, were right next to him on the steps to the bus at one stage, but they let him back inside the bus and eventually he want bananas and started shooting passengers.

The whole farce has exposed the Philippines 'SWAT' team and cops in general for the jerk-offs they are.
