Ex-Con Shot 4 Times
Brazil.
On Saturday, 29y.o. ex-con was assassinated while he was heading home.
The agent ruled out robbery as neither the money nor the bike were taken and the victim was killed with four shots. Next to his body, 2 rocks of crack was found. He had already done time in prison for drug trafficking.

I guess it was the medics... One of them told that "He must've had some balls to ride around in this part of the town..."
The other one turned him around to check it...
