Ex-con and Dealer Murdered

Married man, 33yo ex-con and drug dealer, was murdered around 11:30pm last Friday 25th July in rural Caruaru, Brazil. He had gone to put the car in the garage (with TV remote in pocket - see image with yellow circle for it's final resting place) and was killed in an ambush on the street where he lived. A gunshot wound to the chest killed him.

The delegate of the Task Force visited the site with his team and military officers who conducted the investigation and discovered a trail of blood leading to a nearby thicket where the victim was murdered. The trail was 500 meters long.

The team discovered a 27yo suspect, who confessed to have been shot by the victim in the past, had killed the man with a friend and revealed the whereabouts of his gun, located by police.

The sheriff and his team found another perpetrator of the homicide and arrested him at home.
The accused were taken to the Homicide Division.

The victim was said to have threatened the 27yo so he teamed up with friends, armed themselves and knowing that the victim always put the car in the garage at the end of the night, set up a stakeout. The victim was shot with a .38 caliber revolver and shotgun.
