That said, most of the articles I am reading about this incident are indicating that it is a mass homicide and that someone killed the three people in the photos as well as two other girls not pictured, and then hung the bodies up.

I can't tell one way or the other and the translations are difficult, but there may be more to the story than a family suicide pact. Great find, regardless! Most of the images I can find on my sources are censored beyond visibility.

Let me know if you find anymore solid information on this. You are right though, the translation I got was very, very, bad.
