50 mph is too slow for that kind of damage. I was going 60 when I hit a deer, and the damage on my vehicle closely matches that of the damage on their car. But the deer didn't have any open wounds like this gentleman did. She even got up and ran off after 5 minutes. So he had to of been going faster than that.. lying piece of ass.
