Educator Couple Were Gunned Down by Car Wash Owner After Argument
Canaã dos Carajás, Pará, Brazil. A couple of educators - 40-year-old Katiana L.d.S. (a director of an early childhood education centre) and 52-year-old retired teacher Valfrenydson A.d.S. - were gunned down in a public street. The couple's six-year-old son was present at the scene and witnessed the killings. Local child protection officials took the child into care and arranged psychological support. A local car wash owner, 31-year-old José J.d.S., was detained whilst driving on the BR-155 highway. According to José's wife, Katiana and Valfrenydson had gone to the car wash to collect a debt owned by José. José called the police, claiming the couple were threatening him and his family. By the time police arrived, the couple were dead - according to José's wife, the couple physically attacked him, which he responded to by opening fire.  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

The self defense story don't quite match the scene. They were apparently in the vehicle when it happened. The driver side window is shot out and the guy is still partially in the vehicle. Looks like she was run down shot in the back then one in the noggin. It doesn't look like an attack was going on when the shooting started.
