Where does it say she lit herself on fire? She doesn't look burned, just decomposed. And if she was burned then it clearly wasn't bad enough to kill her since nothing around her looks burned (besides the wallpaper which could be something other than fire damage). |

I don't think she burned herself. Any indication of burning is under the body and those appear to be soil marks. The deep red/purple is just lividity; blood settling. The white patch on her back thigh is the lividity being "fixed" after a certain amount of time. That spot was where the most weight was placed and pushed the blood away from the skin surface. There appear to be some type of scorch marks on the wall but if she had truly burned she would have burns over the rest of her body as well. |
