Title is correct.

This 42 year old woman was out with some friends and drinking heavily. After leaving the bar, they walked through the courtyard of a local church. Overcome with drunken fervor for the Christchild, she ran towards a towering statue of a man (I assume St. Joseph, but it looks more like some addled lumberjack from this angle) holding the cuddly little Messiah and embraced it wholeheartedly.

Perhaps a little too much fervor, I guess. While she was hugging the stone statue, it slipped from its base and teetered precariously for a moment before going full tilt and falling right on top of her head. Her skull was smashed and she was dead at the scene when the paramedics arrived.

I'm sure the resident forum atheists and dirty-clergy PTSD sufferers will have a field day with this one.

Blah blah blah, nothing to do with the thread or the post. Chica died because she was drunk and stupid, not because of or in spite of any belief in god she may have had.

As I said, I knew it was going to take mere moments for some of the site's extremely dull and repetitive atheists to come out and launch into the same identical, tiresome rhetoric as always. "There is no god." "All who believe in a god are stupid." The number of times that one of you has typed those same phrases on the first page of this forum alone...

I swear to fuck, most of the prattling atheists on this site drone on far more annoyingly and repetitively than the majority of the god-bothering holy rollers I know. Have some pride already. The christians on this site don't feel half the need that some of you guys do to talk endlessly about belief (or lack thereof) in any god.

As an atheist myself that is just a stupid thing to say. Unnecessarily mean and degrading as well. There is an etiquette to being atheist and you sir need a lesson.

All opinions are welcome so long as they are moderately courteous and not tiresome and pedantic.

Atheists are fine. But lately, many of them have been worse than if some christian kid were chiming into every thread with "At least it was part of God's plan!" or "Now they're in Heaven with the Father."

Rattling on rudely and inappropriately about how there is no god is just as bad as drowning someone in liturgical dogma.
