looks to me like below the spine is the thighs and legs and that they put his torso between his legs on the body bag or tarp or whatever that is they have under him. Looks like there was fire involved too. So was this the drunk driver? If so, good riddance. My best friend was killed by a DD and they can all go to hell as far as I'm concerned. If you get behind the wheel drunk, you might as well have just taken a loaded gun and started shooting at people.
