Drug User Shot 16X by Gunmen on Bicycles
The rural worker José Barbosa dos Santos Cicero, 30, was executed late on Monday in Cha Pillar, where he lived. The murder happened less than 20 meters from the Assembly of God church and scared patrons of the place. The crime was committed when Joseph Cicero came home by four men on a bicycle (4 on one bike??). Witnesses said Joseph Cicero was walking down the street when the gunmen appeared and began shooting. He was shot in the first leg and fell. With the victim on the ground, the killers started shooting at close range - at least 16 shots, five on the head, three in the left thigh, one on the right calf, a left hand and several shots grazed, including the left eyebrow. In a preliminary evaluation of the IC experts said at least one of the weapons used by the shooters should be of high caliber, probably a point 40. According to the mother and the victim's brother, who had to take painkillers to get to the crime scene (good to have painkillers around for such an occasion), the victim, Joseph Cicero worked cutting sugar cane, but was currently unemployed. He was also known as a drug user, however, the PM said he could not say whether its execution is related to trafficking in the region. We have a loose flip-flop, a guy picking the dead guy's brain and the distraught brother taking pain killers on the bench lol - Oh! And another guy who appears to be pulling the dead guys pants down!?? |
