Venezuela i think, it was a school trip very sad.

Yeah, there's a post with these floating around here with a pic of her and her freinds just a short bit before this - it appears that she fell in and got trapped under some rocks by the current - she was under too long by the time the rescue crews got to her, thus why they didn't bother to try to revive her.
