Dominican Republic - American Woman Found Bound + Strangled
On 12th November 2019 in Puerto Plata (Dominican Republic), 63 year old P.A.A. was found dead. Police found 'P', an American teacher, face-down on a bed in her apartment. She had been gagged + her feet + hands were tied together. She had been tortured then strangled to death. The room had been ransacked + several of 'P's belongings were missing, including a laptop, TV + mobile phone. 'P' had been living in the Dominican for over 15 years.

They probably would have found that TV in the dumpster two doors down--misdirection. I doubt people who tie nice knots like that even watch TV. |

They also torture because they are resentful c*nts. They resent anyone they perceive has "more" than them. When we used to deal with the robberies back home (Kenya), it was like this. They were never straightforward robberies. There was almost always torture. Brutal, hateful people.
