Haiti is the only spot where slaves fought and took back their country from European and North American slave trade members .

Re: Dominican Republic - 3 People Hacked at a Farm

To this moment, no one know who kill those elderly people. After murders like these, the Haitians are the first to blame. Haitians do all the work Dominicans just do not want to do. I lived in the DR.
I saw so much discrimination towards the Haitians By the Dominicans. It does not take much for the Dominicans to rampage and destroy Haitian houses after tragedies like this. They are videos of locals torture and Lynch Haitians for crimes they did not commit. The perpetrators never see real consequences for their actions. Dominicans in my view live in misery, despite this, the majority do not lift a finger to improve themselves. Most, are lazy-racist people. They live under a government that does not care or help them in any way. Sad, but Dominicans are responsible for their own misfortune. Dominicans are ashamed of their own African roots. It is their only factors that rule their insecurity. If you are attracted by the beautiful beaches, be careful and do not visit the DR. It is a dangerous place. Police, locals and the tourist business will make it very hard to enjoy your short visit. Sadly, the 3 tourist who died in the Punta Cana area will be quickly brushed under the table and justice will never be served or compensated.

Well, that was quite a report! How sad that these aged farmers had to die, in the worst way too, and for no reason. I guess he didn't like milking the cows anymore.

Did you mean the Haitians? "Dominicans in my view live in misery, despite this, the majority do not lift a finger to improve themselves."
I thought the Haitians were hated my Dominicans because they will not make any improvements in their own country. Maybe I misunderstood you. If that farm is in the Dominican Republic, I say it is a pretty nice property. Nice house, beautiful land too.

You must be dominicano. The dr is a reflection of the society. Fukk up in every way. By the way, you get impressed wayyy too easy. The farm is a shack. Are you blind? Did you see the way they landords lived? Perhaps for your standards, the land is beautiful? The dr is a cesspool full of half bake houses and idiots hanging on the streets drinking. You can spin it all you want and continue hating your neighbors. Keep on licking the white men's boots. That is all you're good for. Only in the dr you get idiots on the news, threatening to kill people without knowing the facts. What it looks to me is a government hit job right out of trujillo's playbook.

The guy in the blue shirt is a racist mulato that loves to hear himself speak. He described the Haitians are a natural enemy. What an idiot... He also speculated without proof that the murdered could have been planned in Haiti.

The DR is no worse than another Caribbean Island, it's not like Jamaica,Trinidad and Tobago, Puerto Rico, St kitts are any safer. At the same time it's relative because where in the USA is it safe? What about Central or South America? I'm Dominican and I can honestly say the safest place I've lived is Japan, besides that most of the world is dangerous af

What about other countries? Who cares. I do not set foot on that country because of the racist views of its citizens. The dr has many problems that I will never solve. I do, however, warn tourist of never visiting it. Just two days ago, another French national was killed and rob in his own house. Sadly, I have many nice memories that span more than 40 years in Punta Bonita. I slowly, saw the corruption and the greed of the locals in the way they always try to screw the gringos who brought prosperity and jobs to the area. I hope that my friends and ex neighbor who own several businesses sells and gets out before a tigre kills them. Foreign investment made las terrenas a tourist destination. However, the terreneros will never accept the very same people responsible for their drastic quality of life improvements. If you do well in life, the government will single you out and to take your livelihood. I think that is exactly what happened with this terrible crime.

What developing country isn't like that ? You're making it out to seem that this is a unique situation only to D.R. You see white people you assume tourist with money that's any tourist area/tropical island.
