Dismembered Woman Found in Santa Cecilia, Tlalnepantla, Mexico, November 2019
At approximately 6 p.m. on November 25, 2019, a woman's dismembered and decomposing body was discovered in Ejido de Santa Cecilia's Cola de Caballo area of Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico, near the Tultitlan boundary. The recovered parts were the torso, head and lower limbs; her face had been removed from the head. The State of Mexico prosecutor's office launched a femicide inquiry. Her identity was never made public, and no suspect was identified.
