Cambodia - Man Strangled His Wife then Took an Overdose
On the evening of 6th December 2019 in Thmor Kok district (Cambodia), 39 year old L.S.C. was murdered by her husband who then took his own life. 'L' was strangled to death with a towel by 40 year old L.S. Afterwards, 'L' took an overdose of Amitriptiline which made him unconscious. His family took him to the hospital but later that night, he died.

Not necessarily, I used to use Amitriptiline to sleep.
