Dismembered Torso Found in Chile
N.V.G, 50, a professor of Villa Alemana, who went missing on 6th August 2018, was found dismembered on the shores of Valparaiso, Chile on August 16th. The cause of death and motive for the murder are unknown but police believe he was kidnapped and held for some time prior to being murdered. Yes, apparently it was found by some locals passing in a canoe, they took a video of it and posted it online. I can't track it down though.

Lovely. So I’m wondering if ex-pats that move to South America are in danger as well. Americans love to move there for the beaches and cheaper cost of living. No thank you. I’ll stay here.
