In the early hours of Sunday morning, the body of a man was found decapitated and with his limbs severed under the Eden Bridge in the municipality of Manzanillo. The events occurred in the early hours of this day when people passing by the place in the community of Tepalcates, who noticed plastic bags with human remains, alerted the authorities.    |

The person they killed more than likely part of a rival cartel or he could have been a business owner that didn’t follow the cartel’s demands but your forgetting, this is the cartel we’re talking about. You have many dysfunctional people in these criminal organizations. They don’t need a reason to kill anyone.
