Colombian Woman Stabbed to Death by Ex Boyfriend in the Street
26 year old woman was chased on foot and then stabbed 10 times by her 31yo ex-boyfriend when he tried to get her to take him back after a breakup. He stabbed her many times during the chase, after which she stumbled weakly over to bleed out at a nearby gas station. There were dozens of witnesses, some who tried to aid the dying girl, but many who pursued the man on foot as he fled the scene. He was finally cornered in a locked public restroom and the mob was in the process of breaking down the door to lynch him when police intervened and saved his life by arresting him. It cam rot media attention after the murder that the young woman had applied for multiple protective orders, but was 'waitlisted' so they were not yet enforceable when she was attacked. |
