Very unnatural position for death due to a heart attack. You can see the rope around the bottom of his shoe.. I'm no detective, but something is fishy here...

Indeed. What's fishy here is the original poster once again posting single photos with bullshit information from dubious sources like we're back in 2004 on rotten.com

Hundreds of VERIFIABLE brand new incidents of death and gore happening all over 3rd world social media channels alone that he could be researching and posting, but this guy insists on posting 20 year old, badly verified, low quality images just because they allegedly happened in America and he is overwhelmingly fascinated with images of dead Americans.

Anyway, whatever. My point was that yes, it's fishy. The photos this guy posts are probably genuine most of the time, but the information that goes with them is often badly flawed, incomplete, or flat-out bullshit, so take it with a grain of salt.
