Can a brazilian DR member explain the message plz...

Do they mean "Cadê você" by "KD VC", what would that mean to "Luis" also cant find any public crime records involving a 'notorious' "fabiano" in the area of this jail, what's the message then?.

But the writing translate to "Hey Ze Luis, where are you? Let Fabiano free"
Ze Luis is a local judge who is in charge of Fabiano judicial system.

Yes it says "Ze Luiz Where are you" and the other one "release Fabiano Zé Luiz"
